Artist’s Statement:
I’m in my kitchen a lot these days, and these years. My kids are often in there with me, so I’ve ended up with a good collection of kitchen photographs. As in most people’s kitchens, a lot goes on there, from cooking and eating to homework, to dancing and parties, and even some posing for the camera. So much happens in the kitchen.
Artist’s Bio:
I am a photographer in Portland, Maine. I live here with my husband and three children and much of my personal work revolves around these people. I have a book called “Stop Here,” and one titled “This is the Place.” was published by Down East Books in April of 2016.
