Emily Anne Epstein is a senior editor at The Atlantic, where she oversees visuals. She has worked as a photojournalist, a reporter, and managing editor of the New York Observer. Her work has been recognized by the NPPA and the Newseum. She studied literature, film and photography at Columbia University.
