Kate Gilbert


Kate Gilbert is an artist and creative strategist exploring the role the arts and artists play in transforming our cities, our relationships, and ourselves. In her artwork and consulting practice she strives to facilitate joy and spontaneity. While exhibiting in New England for the past 15 years, Gilbert has also been an arts administrator working at The Boston Society of Architects/AIA, The Revolving Museum, and the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway Conservancy. She is a graduate of Connecticut College (MA ’96) and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA ’13). Gilbert lives and works in Boston, MA with her husband and two spritely Italian Greyhounds.
