Krista Prestek is the Director of Photography at GQ and has been with the magazine for nine years, during which time it has won ASME awards for Photography and General Excellence, and numerous Society of Publication Designers awards for Photography, Cover, and Magazine of the year. She has also held photo editor positions at Details and Black Book magazines, and was a Lucie Awards Picture Editor of the Year nominee. Krista lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Tom Griffin, a documentary film editor and their two children.
